How long will it take to deliver my order?

Most items ship with our 'Secure Shipping & Handling' which means that your order should be delivered from 8-25 days of purchase depending on your location. 

Secure Shipping & Handling: 8-25 days

Standard Shipping: 15-41 days 

*Standard Shipping is still secure & safe but it may not include tracking. We offer this shipping option to provide the lowest possible shipping price to our customers. Standard shipping is our cheapest option at checkout.

How can I track my order?

We email you once your order is shipped and include your tracking number in that email. Simply copy and paste that number into the 'Track Your Order' page.

Note - if you purchased more than one item, you might receive different tracking numbers as all packages are shipped individually.

What should I do if I my order has not been delivered by the specified date?

If you haven't received your order within the specified time, please contact us at 

info@classycustompets.com and we will assist you.

I ordered more than one product but only one product arrived. What happened?

In order to save time and money so you as a customer can have the best experience, we ship each item individually. We ship out our products as soon as possible so orders consisting of two items or more may be sent in individual packages.

What should I do if I my item is received as faulty or not as described?

If you have received your order and it is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@classycustompets.com.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & North America. 

My shipping country was not listed. Can I still place an order?

As the postage costs have already been included for the preselected countries, before you place an order, please email us with your address details and the item details and we'll arrange a quote.
