We only accept refunds, returns or exchanges under any of these following conditions:

- The item has not been received

- The item is faulty

- The item is not as described

- The item is received as used or damaged

 

If none of these listed conditions have been met, we can not offer you a refund, return or exchange of any kind.

 

 

IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED:

-The item must have exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe

-Please contact us at info@classycustompets.com

-You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

-We will ship you a replacement free of charge or we will issue you a refund

 

 

 

IF THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AS USED, DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED:

- You must contact us at info@classycustompets.com within 5 days of the item delivery

- We will ship you a replacement free of charge or we will issue you a refund

- We only accept refunds, returns and exchanges if the item was received as used, damaged, faulty or not as described.

- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

- We will ship you a replacement free of charge or we will issue you a refund

 

 

 

IF THE ITEM VALUE EXCEEDS $30 aud:

- You must contact us at info@classycustompets.com within 5 days of the item delivery

- You must mail the item back to us in it's original condition and packaging you received it in

- We are not responsible for return shipping costs or any items lost in transit

- We must received the returning item within 20 days

- The item will be inspected and a refund will be released into your account if the item is used, damaged, faulty or not as described
