I'm ordering a personalised/custom product. How do I tell you what to engrave/personalise?

To tell us what to engrave/personalise, please add your item into the cart.
On the "Your cart" page, simply write exactly what you want engraved/personalised in the box titled "Customised Items Only - Tell us what to be written here:".

If you are purchasing more than one custom item, please state which item you want to be engraved/written with what. Make sure you always 'UPDATE CART' before checking out.

How do I know my online order has been received?

Once you have placed your online order, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@classycustompets.com.

What should I do if I my item is received as faulty or not as described?

If you have received your order and it is faulty or not as described, please contact us atinfo@classycustompets.com

Can I trust that this site will keep my information safe and secure?

We do not store or record your private information. We only use secured and trusted payment providers, these providers must comply with Federal Banking and Payments laws.

What payment options do I have when making a purchase?

For your protection, we accept payment options from our secure payment gateway PayPal. You can checkout as a guest and use your credit/debit card or checkout with your PayPal account and use your PayPal balance.

PayPal has an anti-fraud money back guarantee policy. Your hard-earned money is in secure hands. 

Can I cancel my order after I have already paid?

Please choose carefully before you pay. Orders cannot be cancelled as we use an automated "payment to dispatch" online processing system, orders are dispatched as soon as payment is received.


I've forgotten my account password. How can I reset it?

Visit the login page, click the link 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your email address and press 'Submit'. We will send you an email to reset your password.
